Our Returns Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 5 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be in its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, tampered with, or damaged after delivery
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact Us page
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
