Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled if it has not been processed from the warehouse. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

3–7 business days depending on your location. Lagos orders may arrive in 1–3 days.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes orders above ₦200,000 qualify for complimentary delivery nationwide.

Do you deliver outside Nigeria?

Currently Nigeria only. International shipping is something we are currently exploring.

What is your return policy?

7-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused and in original condition.

How long does a refund take?
